What is the normal rate for a business trip appraisal at the event?

Fee = (10,000JPY) × (restraint time + round trip time) + round trip transportation expenses

* For events, it will be calculated at 6,600JPY per hour. We will include the round trip time from our shop (Osaka / Tamatsukuri) to the local area.
※ You will also receive round - trip transportation expenses (actual expenses).
※ If accommodation is necessary, you will need to prepare for accommodation or you will be charged the accommodation fee (actual expenses).
※ We will take a break for about 5 minutes in one hour.
※ Payment must be made in cash on the day of the event.
 

Example 1) In case of business trip to the event of 6 hours a day in Osaka · Umeda

Tamaki ~ (JR) ~ Osaka

Travel time = 20 minutes for one way, transportation fee = 180JPY for one way (as of Sep. 1, 2019)

Price = 10,000JPY × (6 + 1) + 180JPY × 2 = (46,200JPY) + 360JPY

Example 2) In case of business trip to the event of 6 hours a day, 3 days in a row at Harajuku, Tokyo

Tamaki ~ (JR) ~ Shin Osaka ~ (Shinkansen) ~ Shinagawa ~ (JR) ~ Harajuku


Travel time = 2 hours 57 minutes by one way, transportation expenses = 13,620JPY per way (as of Sep. 1, 2019)

Price = 10,000JPY × (6 × 3 + 6) + 13,620JPY × 2 = (158,400JPY ) + 27,240JPY

In addition, we think that we need accommodation, so we will arrange for accommodation or you will be charged the accommodation fee (actual expenses). In this case it will be 3 nights.
